PwC forms CRM alliance PricewaterhouseCoopers is targeting financial service clients through a new global alliance with e-commerce customer relationship management (e-CRM) software vendor TeleTech Holdings. The two companies are collaborating on the development of integrated, end-to-end e-CRM solutions for the financial services industry. PwC CRM consultants will also use TeleTech's core competencies to run a number of e-commerce enabled customer centres. TeleTech currently manages 35 customer interaction centres in the Americas, Europe and Asia, employing more than 19,300 staff in nine countries. In addition, TeleTech will offer PwC's broad strategic consulting practices to its global client base across its outsource and insource business units. "Our relationship with TeleTech gives us the ability to offer clients a single source for building and managing e-CRM solutions and ongoing support on a global basis," said Dan Hirschbuehler, global leader of PwC's CRM/customer care consultancy practice.
