AIMS-Software installed its first system in 1997. It has since become a leading marketing campaign automation supplier in Europe. More than 40 corporations have implemented AIMS, including France Télécom, Center Parcs, Carrefour, Société Générale, GAN and Rabobank. AIMS serves the B2C market with the associated issues of marketing personalised messages to a large audience. Industry sectors include finance and banking, insurance, telecommunications, retail and utilities. AIMS employs 56 people, a third of whom work in R&D. It is headquartered in Paris with offices in Nîmes, Utrecht and the UK, and with distributors for Scandinavia, southern Europe and the US. Single view AIMS concentrates on the design and development of campaign management software, its raison d’être to enable marketers to take a ‘single view of the customer’, promoting highly professional campaigns and avoiding inappropriate or duplicate communications. |
