Aspective is a leading provider of front-office e-business solutions. The company claims to combine specialist e-business skills with deep industry knowledge – and to offer a flexible delivery methodology which can range from a few days’ bespoke consultancy to the development and management of fully-managed, end-to-end applications service provider (ASP) solutions. Aspective focuses on applications for sales, marketing and customer service. These include e-CRM, e-commerce, customer analytics and m-business, and are implemented in partnership with leading software vendors – including Siebel Systems, BroadVision, Lotus, Actuate and Business Objects. The company has a SunTone certified ASP infrastructure, built in partnership with Exodus, EMC, Storage Networks and Sun Microsystems. Mobile pioneer Aspective says it was the first company to use the ASP model to offer clients access to e-business applications from mobile devices. At the end of 2000, it announced an agreement with BT Cellnet to deliver front-office applications over GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) – the new, high-speed wireless data network. |
