Key performance indicators
Respondents were asked to indicate from a list of key performance indicators where the exploitation of knowledge has the most significant impact (column 1 of Table 1).
Based on the analysis, themes emerged that factored the set of key performance indicators into five groups: customer, profit, employee, shareholder/stakeholder and project (column 2 of Table 1).
