Current economic conditions have heightened the pressure on consultants to demonstrate that they are creating value for their clients. Many depend on a network of alliances and partnerships to do so, and these relationships are also coming under closer scrutiny.

These were the key themes of the second Annual Consultants’ Forum held in London recently. More than 300 delegates attended the event, which was organised jointly by the Management Consultancies Association (MCA) and ICG publisher PMP.
